Traffic Policy
It is our intention to provide a fast, reliable service for all our users. However, it is important to note that some of the time our system may slow from time to time and no guarantee of 100% continuous service can be made.
Generous fair use policy
If activity on the Connection exclusively supplied by Events Wifi becomes so excessive as to affect other users detrimentally then we reserve the right to restrict that user generating the excessive web traffic and a written warning (by email or otherwise may be sent). In extreme circumstances, should the levels of activity not immediately decrease after the warning, we may terminate that user’s service.
The system is setup so that you can access completing your payments only, you will not be able to surf the internet or your social media. ( you will have to use your 4G connections for this). This is so that you can keep taking your payments and not lose customers because it takes too long or can’t get the payment through. This is to make it fair to all stall holders and food vendors. This will be strictly adhered to, any abuse of data use (using the wifi for more than just doing your payments) will cause you to be removed from the system and you will no longer be able to access the wifi for the rest of that event. There will be no refunds if this happens. If you are using your phones for your payments then please turn off as much as possible to keep the date usage for your payments. All data use will be monitored at all times.
Anyone caught trying to hotspot with other people to share the cost, all parties will be removed from the service for the rest of the event.
Anyone taking payments for other traders while using Events Wifi service will be removed from the service and there will be no refund for this. Any monies taken from other traders for taking payments for the other trader, will remain the property of Events Wifi and any such monies must be paid to Events Wifi. Failure to pay said monies to Events Wifi will cause you to be removed permanently from Events Wifi services.
Illegal Use
Our network and systems may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorisation, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control legislation.

Sending unsolicited mail messages (SPAM), including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. This includes sending unsolicited email via another ISP to advertise a domain or web site hosted with us.
This policy includes any volume of unsolicited mail however large or small. This activity uses excessive resources, incurs great cost and annoys customers – we (and most responsible ISP’s) are strictly against this in any form.
Complaints of this nature may lead to the immediate suspension of your service and may lead to the closure of your account.
Usenet / Newsgroups
Posting the same or similar message to one or more newsgroups (excessive cross-posting or multiple-posting) is explicitly prohibited.
